BCC, Inc. has a Preventative Maintenance Program designed to help our customers eliminate un-scheduled shutdowns and costly repairs. The program can either be performed at (6) or (12) month intervals depending upon the customer’s requirements (equipment usage).
We use certified repair and installation techs for all types of compactors and balers including Marathon Equipment, JV Manufacturing, and WasteQuip Accurate.
Preventative maintenance includes completing a comprehensive 60 Point inspection of the unit and checking units operation and compliance to all safety regulations.

We will then provide you with a comprehensive report detailing the inspection results under the following (5) headings:
- Mechanical structure
- Physical condition
- Electrical
- Hydraulic
- Safety
BCC will also inspect the condition of the oil and will make recommendations accordingly.
